My expertise :
I graduated from the Université de Montréal, where I earned my Bachelor's degree in Communication and Political Science in 2018 and my Master's in Communication Studies in 2022.
Throughout my career, I have worked on a variety of projects and with organizations at provincial, federal, and international levels, which has equipped me with a strong ability to adapt and be versatile.
Thanks to these experiences, I have developed the ability to articulate political discourse on a wide range of topics, including systemic racism, class dynamics, sexual and gender diversity (2SLGBTQIA+), and intersectional feminism. During my journey, I specialized in applying my knowledge of these issues to the workplace. As such, my approach aims to support you not only in your learning process but also in implementing inclusive practices within your work environment.
With eight years of experience in the community sector specializing in developing inclusive workplace approaches, I now work as an independent community worker and consultant.
